Dan and Carol Perrotta of Milton were surprised to discover a fourth bathroom listed on their property reassessment, except it doesn't exist. I worked as photographer and editor alongside journalist Mallory Metzner and digital content manager Zoe Stayman to tell the story and bring a complicated local issue down to a personal, relatable level.

Shot in just 30 minutes, this piece gave me a chance to be creative with interview composition and B-roll. I used foreground elements, including an Eagles helmet, to add depth and visual context to the interview. I handled photography and worked with Charlie Sokaitis, who wrote the story.

We were given just a few minutes with Senator Tom Carper on his final day in office, making every moment of the shoot count. I worked with CoastTV anchor and video journalist Kristina DeRobertis to capture the interview and shape a visual farewell reflecting on his career and service.

For the 50th anniversary of the fall of Saigon, I worked with Matt Pencek on Black April coverage, helping shape the visual storytelling for the piece.

On the ground before sunrise for Chincoteague's annual Pony Swim, I helped capture the herd's journey across the channel and the atmosphere surrounding this iconic Eastern Shore tradition. Working with Madeline Overturf and Brandon Ferguson, we shot throughout the morning and turned the piece the same day, editing from a makeshift hotel conference room setup to make the evening newscast.
